Definition and Usage
The azimuth
attribute is exclusively used for Aural Stylesheets.
An audio description of the document includes natural and artificially produced sounds, which are interspersed throughout the text content. Audio is typically generated by converting the document into plain text and feeding it into a screen reader.
The reasons for producing audio information are as follows:
- To assist blind individuals in understanding
- While driving
- To aid users in reading
Azimuth and elevation are crucial attributes for audio. These attributes are used to preserve segments of sound. In real life, not everyone can be located at the same point in a room.
The azimuth
attribute specifies the direction from which the sound is emitted.
