Definition and Usage
The <fo:multi-toggle> object is used to create a region and switch from one <fo:multi-case> to another when the object is activated (e.g., by clicking).
The "switch-to" attribute typically matches the "case-name" attribute of the <fo:multi-case> to switch to.
The <fo:multi-toggle> object must be a subclass of the <fo:multi-case> object.
