Usage
Description: Display the matched elements with a custom effect.
Returns: jQuery

This plugin extends the jQuery built-in .show() method. If jQuery UI is not loaded, calling the .show()
method may not fail directly, as the method exists in jQuery. However, the expected behavior will not occur.

Show a div with the fold effect.
